9 months agoThe first time I called (on 4/22) the person who called and helped me me was an angel - so patient and helpful in getting my order placed. Today the contractor went to pick up the order and it was like a 180. The woman helping him was incredibly rude and had absolutely no patience. She couldn’t find the order and was blaming it all on me even though the order was supposed to be under my contractor’s account. She was slamming the phone, making audible sighs and suggesting over and over again that I was making things up or didn’t know what I was talking about. I don’t care if they have slightly better prices. Next time, I’m taking my business elsewhere.
