Same Day Cleaners & Alterations

I have never left a negative review, but this experience was unacceptable. I brought expensive curtains to be dry cleaned, and they were returned nearly a foot shorter. I strongly believe they were washed instead, causing them to shrink. When I returned to calmly to resolve the issue, they grabbed the curtains from my hands and immediately cut the hem to “fix” it, causing permanent damage. When I asked for a refund, I was literally thrown $10 despite the service costing over $30 and only received the full refund after showing them the receipt once more. The staff was rude throughout including the initial drop off. Accidents happen but the lack of care, accountability and professionalism, especially with items that need care is unacceptable.

Brought in cardigans made of 100% wool for dry clean only as it says on the inside label, came back to pick up the items, when picking up the item noticed the light green cardigan is TWICE longer and changed its color/and quality ( lost its quality wool feel) this place ruined the shape, size and the color of my items. Did not take ant responsibility over their actions. I will never come back and i will make sure to file a BBB complaint for further actions towards the business that operates destroying items and workers and owner Joe not taking any responsibility for it. After submitting the complaint to BBB the business is a complete scam saying I did not want to pay for the service: this is my reply to them: "I can not BELIEVE THE LIES OF THIS BUSINESS. Never have they mentioned to call the police and me not wanting to pay for the service. I brought in the cardigans, 2 days later I came to pick them up- two made out of 100% merino wool and one 100% cashmere, the one made out of MERINO WOOL was extended to be double size!!! I asked them to pull the cameras for them to see that i brought a shorter version of the cardigan! The one that is light green color was extended to double size after the work they did on it, it looked like it was washed and not DRY CLEANED . I am shocked that they say i did not want to pay. I asked to speak to the owner, they told me he does not speak ENG

Although they did fulfill the same day service their dry cleaning services and pressing a dress that had pleats was lacking in detail. They ironed out all the pleats from a pleated dress.

They do good dry cleaning and laundry promptly. They also offer alterations.
