10 months agoThey missed a crack in our main sewer line and it wasn't discovered until after we closed and had a plumber come in. Make sure you review all the videos and question everything with them.

3 years agoNot professional. I called to ask if could do a sewer scope with a smaller than standard camera. The guy laughed at me. Not in a fun way...super condescending. Was not interested at all in understanding the situation or figuring out if he could do the job. When I said he was referred by another sewer line inspector, he simply scoffed and got even more rude. This guy simply doesn't want any new business.

4 years agoI am a local real estate agent and recently had the unfortunate experience of working with Sewer Scope LLC. We recently were under contract to purchase a townhouse for one of our clients. The technician could not find a way to access the sewer line through the toilet, roof, or drain in the utility room. I gently questioned the technician's "inability" to access the sewer line through the utility room. The technician stated that due to the rust on the drain, he could not access the line. The technician recommended that we get a cleanout installed in the crawl space so that a sewer line could be conducted. Our clients spent $250 to have a cleanout installed, keep in mind this is all for the due diligence of getting a proper sewer scoped conducted. We had Pipe One LLC come to the home to conduct a sewer scope. They were not able to conduct a sewer scope through the new installed clean out. However, after about 5-10 minutes they were able to remove the drain in the utility room and scope the sewer! I called Sewer Scope LLC to share my experience. The operations manager defended the technician's failed work product, even after I shared that another company was able to access the sewer line through the utility room drain in a very reasonable amount of time. The operations manager was much more concerned about defending their failed efforts than they were acknowledging that with a little more effort their technician could have received a similar result. The operations manager basically argued with me that a sewer scope could not be conducted at the house due to all of the 90 degree turns in the sewer line -- a very strong stance to have simply based off of their technician’s written report. In this very fast paced market, negligent companies like Sewer Scope LLC make our client's experiences more difficult than it needs to be! If you need a sewer scope conducted, hit up Pipe One LLC!
