Don’t have expiration dates on the locals punch pass. There is no reason to TAKE THEM AWAY if we have paid for them.

Our experience was completely ruined by an extremely unprofessional front desk employee named Joey. We were wrongly charged for a robe that we had already returned to the spa after spending a significant amount of money, and instead of addressing the issue like a professional, he immediately became argumentative and raised his voice. When I tried to explain the situation, he told me to “watch my tone,” and then began to berate me as if we had done something wrong then refused to remove the charge which was completely inappropriate considering we were the ones being overcharged and trying to resolve it calmly and explain while he just repeated himself over and over. I told him I'd be leaving a review and he said go ahead it's not his business and he doesn't get paid enough to deal with this. His behavior only got worse from there. He was rude, dismissive, and clearly incapable of handling even a basic customer service situation. When we asked to speak to a manager, he refused, threw his hands up, and walked away from the counter to hide in the back rather than take responsibility or help resolve the issue. That level of disrespect, lack of accountability, and complete avoidance is unacceptable, especially from someone working at the front desk. This was not an isolated incident either. He had also checked us in earlier and was just as short, rude, and unwelcoming for no reason at all. It immediately set a negative tone for what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend for our family of five. There was absolutely no effort to provide a welcoming or professional experience at any point during our interactions with him. On top of that, the room we were placed in #66 had almost no privacy. The door had only a tinted window that could easily be seen through, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. For a hotel charging the kind of rates they do, this is completely unacceptable and far below standard. As someone with years of experience in the hotel industry, I can confidently say this level of service is unacceptable. His attitude, appearance, and complete lack of basic manners reflect poorly on the entire property. Quite frankly, Joey needs an attitude adjustment and should not be in a position of authority or dealing directly with guests. The only reason this situation was resolved at all was because Evelyn stepped in and handled it properly. She was professional, respectful, and actually did her job. Thank you, Evelyn, for stepping up and taking care of the issue when no one else would. Management seriously needs to address this. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated, and significant improvements in customer service are clearly needed.

My husband and I went for our anniversary & stayed overnight, $384 for dirty pools, dirty showers in room and they’re packed. They close the springs down at 9 and there’s nothing else to do but go back to your rooms unless you’d like to spend another $164+ for a private bath which is then only opened after 9. The Steak house had great staff, but the attire for dinner is definitely not business casual or casual like mentioned on their website, paying $109 for a 2 person meal and see people still wearing bathing suits was a bit off to us. If you’re planning a get away with your spouse definitely check out the other hot springs or stick with just the day pass! Definitely doesn’t feel like the advertisements.
