I got my car towed on a Sunday morning. I understand this company is just the storage facility and not the towing company. Thankfully, the person who attended me was a man and not the lady people keep complaining about in the comments. He was cordial and direct. I have nothing bad to say about him or our interaction. The actual location of this place is difficult to find. They charge you a 3% convenience fee for using a card. I recommend bringing cash instead. you have to have an ID, non-expired passport, or car title to retrieve your car. I advise the owner of this company to reply to reviews in a professional manner and not argue with angry people in the comments. It makes you look childish and incompetent.

If there is a Hell on earth, it is Area 5 Vehicle Storage. It appears that 1 star is the minimum you can give, but this place is undeserving of even a half of a star. I would give a quarter star if I wanted to be generous for the email transacting. I equate it to an outside experience in bailing a person out of jail, with less direction. You stand outside in the elements waiting to speak to a hole in the wall, as the window appears covered in foil. I paid cash, (no change is given) and had to show them my valid ID, that you have to shove into the hole in the wall. One positive I will give is that I was able to email them back up data in order to meet their restrictions to pick up your vehicle. Once paid gate opens up without further direction. I hesitantly walked inside and gate shut behind me. At this point I expected the vehicle to be brought to me. Wrong! After initial hesitation and no warning shots or anything else being directed at me I was fortunate enough to complete the vehicle hunt without further misery. I hopped in and was able to drive back to the gate that allowed me entry, before patiently waiting and crossing my fingers hoping I had done nothing else wrong. After a couple of minutes, the gate opened and I was able to complete my retrieve your vehicle treasure hunt without being shot by another angry customer or whoever is hidden within the depths of this C&D neighbor Hell.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the conduct of the staff at the Area 5 Towing Lot during my recent visit. I want to be clear that my complaint is not about the towing itself or the associated fees, but rather the unprofessional and disrespectful treatment I received from your employees. Upon arriving, I approached a young white male staff member who did not greet me or offer any basic courtesy. He did not provide any instructions or guidance and simply allowed me into the storage area without explanation. As a young woman entering an unfamiliar and isolated area alone, I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. When I sought assistance from an older white male staff member to ask for directions, he responded rudely and with clear irritation. He made no effort to explain where I needed to go or offer any help. His tone and behavior were unnecessarily hostile, especially given that I was being completely respectful throughout the interaction. I expected a basic level of professionalism, courtesy, and concern for customer safety—none of which were shown during my experience. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially from individuals in a position to assist people in already stressful situations. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately to ensure no one else has to experience the same lack of respect or regard in the future.

This place is gonna get sued very soon. This employee threatened to attack me after I called him out for refusing to attend to me. He claimed I didn’t have the documents even though I went back with the same documents the same day and got my car. He denied me service and tried to fight multiple people while making me wait for 2 plus hours. He’s lucky the police didn’t show up because I had video evidence of him opening the gate to attack me.

I hope that you never have the displeasure of having your car towed to this establishment. The workers are rude. They don’t give changed even if you bring cash and they will charge you an extremely high amount If you use a card, they don’t give proper directions to where your car has been placed on the facility and they have rude phone manners. Please make sure you never have to get your car towed to this place. These people are evil.
