A.Kadono is possibly the most patient staff I’ve met at a japanese arcade. I struggled really hard with the ufo3 machine where you pull the chain because it was on the top position (hardest).. She came and helped me throughout the store over an hour even though my phone ran out of battery so I couldn’t google translate with her :( She even let me charge my phone for free in the store so I could load google maps and get back home safe, what an amazing kind-hearted person! Arigato a.kadono-san!! Overall, I prefer round ones for its cleanliness and larger number of music game machines. For example, F7 is dedicated to music games and has 10 chunithm cabs, while the Taitos and Gigos near by only have 1 and 4 respectively so you have to wait. R1 Hiroshima is great as always!

A bit of an overwhelming experience at first, but a fun time to be here. There are many crane games, but the staff are hard to find when there are problems. Scanning the QR did not make anyone come to help?! Unfortunately, the batting was closed due to the weather but was the main reason we came to visit :(

I spend about 44000 jpy a month at round ones in Japan. Because of this experience at round 1 Hiroshima I will never spend another dollar ! Terrible dry lanes and terrible staff. I wanted a refund , they said no even before my game was finished that I could not get a refund despite their terrible lanes. Don’t spend your money here ! Not a real bowling alley!

I have nothing but immense rage for the machines here but the facility is very nice with a diverse set of prizes. I walked out empty handed.
