The concept is simple and convenient: you buy tokens, insert them into a station, and the machine starts pitching balls automatically. You can choose between baseball and softball, and also select different speeds (slow, medium, fast), which is great for practicing or just having fun. Pricing is reasonable — $4 for 20 pitches, and a better deal if you buy 6 tokens for $14, which lowers the cost per round. The environment is nice, especially earlier in the afternoon when it’s not crowded. It’s a good place to bring your kids or go with friends and spend an enjoyable time. After 6 PM it tends to get busier, but still manageable. However, the main issue — and it’s a significant one — is that the machines frequently jam. When that happens, you have to walk about 50 meters to the office to report it. Maintenance response is inconsistent; sometimes they take a while to come, or you have to go back again to remind them. Eventually they fix it, but this happens often enough to become frustrating and interrupt the experience. Overall, it has great potential and is a fun place to visit, but improving machine reliability and response time would make a big difference.

Prices were fair and had a lot of fun. The pitching machines were accurate and helped me with my swing. They provided helmets & bats.
