2 weeks agoMy son used to live going here, but it’s gone downhill. Prices have gone up, machines are terrible, and the balls for the machines are all torn up. You might get a couple rounds before you have to go reload the machine. The card swipes often take you credit without the machine even starting. It only benefits those who go everyday and have a membership. If you just want to get a few rounds in without a membership, then you only get 10 credits for $25. They’ll keep pushing you to buy a membership. I’ve had a membership for a long time, but started getting multiple charges on my bank account and refuse to take my son to wait in line for the machines that don’t work correctly. They need to fix the problems. The only positive is some of the coaches who do one on one lessons.

2 months agoI brought my son here for the first time yesterday. We intended to only use the pitching machines in the batting cages. The front desk associate explained the process to us very thoroughly and even though it was a holiday, we didn't have to wait very long at all for a cage to open up. We had a great experience and will definitely be back in the future.

3 months agoFacilities are great, no issues. However, please verify your banking statements. I have had two unauthorized purchases from D-BAT using my account. Displays lack of competency, and fraudulent behavior.

2 months agoNot as spacious as their other location. Cages fill quickly and you have share time. Always best to reserve ahead of time.

1 month agoYou have to pick up the balls yourself and climb steep stairs to put them back in the machine. The girls up front are too cool to help. There's no safety advice or run down for beginners. There's zero professionalism. Nobody makes sure there's a cage open or you have a bat or a helmet. The helmets you can borrow aren't sanitized, there's a lack of safety measures-- personally I'm never coming back. The teenage attitudes and all around blasé environment left a bad taste in my mouth
