a month agoI have been calling to change an appointment and have been on hold for over an hour. At this point what are you supposed to do , I can’t cancel online but they are not answering beyond frustrating and definitely a sign of how the business is ran. No choice but to no call no show. It’s bad enough they torture you physically during a mammogram but you have to deal with a phone be disaster on top of it all.
