a week agoArrived at 7:30 for an 8:10 MRI. At 8:30 a doctor came out to apologize because a nurse didn’t show up for work so there would be no procedures done today. It took 6 weeks to get this appointment and I have had a constant headache the entire time. This was a big deal to me and I am sure to the other patients in the room. It is inexcusable that you don’t have a backup plan for a situation like this. Totally unprofessional! Have my doubts now about your ability to get the job done correctly. I won’t be needing your services. Thanks for nothing.
