2 months agoI am disappointed that I cannot just rate the tech who just did my ultrasound because she was horrible. Any other time that I've been there the staff is amazing great friendly. The last tech who did my ultrasound super friendly and warm. This tech Caroline H. She came in the room she barely spoke. She put so much pressure on my stomach I felt raw and fatigue after. In physical pain. She said sorry for the pressure once but it just persisted. She was moving so fast jumping all over my belly to different spots. With very jerky moves I was totally uncomfortable. You couldn't see anything on the screen because she was moving so fast and jerking all around. It was like trying to watch a video where a child recorded it. It hurt our eyes so we couldn't look at it. She didn't point out fingers or anything she was just gas gas gas. I thought she had to use the restroom or just really wanted to go in a rush because she was moving so fast and aggressively. Im carrying twins and Twins normally take awhile. Not for this lady it didn't. I also asked her if she was looking at baby B because she was on my right side where baby B was. And she was like no this is A. So i repeated confused because A is on my left and she just repeated herself no this is baby A. My husband chimed in because clearly she was going to explain or say something different. He said maybe shes shooting across the belly to A?! I also tried to put my foot up and bend my knees to take pressure off of my back and she told me to put it down. Twice. The last tech told me whatever I needed to do to take the pressure off do it. She actually recommended i put my knees up to help. Not with Caroline. Her position wasmore important than me being comfortable. Then she handed us two pictures of one baby and just said the other didnt want photos. I think she did a twin sonogram in about 15 mins. Pain. Im writing this review so that hopefully they can speak to her because it was really bad. Everyone else was great as usual.

4 months agoI had a baby 7 months ago and didn't get the chance to tell you how Amazing this place is Aubrey is absolutely Amazing and the lady Mary Anne is to she was always so nice !

6 months agoDr Herrera and midwife Aubrey are amazing, they took such great care of me during my triplet pregnancy. I always felt like they were thorough and thoughtful and they made me feel like a superstar the entire time. I had my last appointment today and I was actually sad to be done going to see them... I will be back to visit with the triplets 🥰 I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Dr! Thank you for everything 🫶🏼
