6 months agoIf the heat and humidity wasn't terrible in this area I'd give it 4 stars. Decent views, lots of Forest. Not much to do besides trails, views, and fishing. There are some 4x4 trials that are probably pretty cool. I wouldn't come here for any vacation without an air conditioning system set up rather in your tent or camper. You'd melt !

4 months agoGet a good map… and just because you went thru an open gate going in doesn’t mean you will find an open gate going out… just go through it if you have to to get out because looking for another open gate may not help… we wasted a lot of time and every gate was closed we finally just opened one and closed it back once we got out….

8 months agoBeautiful Place, lots of scenic views. You can find a beautiful creek almost anywheres you turn. Even some just perfect to let the kids play without having to worry about too deep of water. Photos of creek were just steps away from our primitive camp spot!
