The staff was underage ,not responsible enough to maintain proper safty

Upon arrival 2 Young girls behind counter gave us attitude when we asked for pricing and how they work. We asked general questions and they seemed annoyed. After buying a 4 pack to ride the carts we asked where to go and they just walked away. We went to the adult carts. 4 of us went. 2 of the 4 carts stalled out and didn’t work. 1 was super fast, 2 were medium speed and one was so slow it shouldn’t have been on the course. When I complained they just mocked me. So I asked for a manager and he was very unapproachable. He smirked at me and wouldnt let me speak. He didn’t even allow me to explain the situation before he rudely interrupted me and said “they’re all working”..which they weren’t. I’m here Training for a company and I didnt want to make a scene. So i tried to convey to him that 45$ was spent to enjoy the adult carts but the time I spent was with a machine that spit and sputtered almost stalling out. He again smirked and cut me off mid sentence and said “you’re wrong everything is working”. The kids behind him started laughing and I felt that pushing the matter further wouldn’t help anything. Buyer beware. The golf course wasn’t cared for. Rocks and debris cluttered the course. In the end I had 2 more cart runs and in frustration left them on the counter and asked one of the ladies to donate them to someone who could use them. If I was the owner I would have fired everyone on staff that day. They looked like they wanted to stay in and talk to each other rather than work.
