We've been bringing our son (5 yrs) here for a couple years now. The staff is great (thanks Enrique), and it's great for very active kids. They have the best floor-to-ceiling maze for climbing through. They also have an arcade area and a toddler area. And a food area. Just a heads up - the toddler room slide is surprisingly fast.
Enrique was AWESOME. He found my lost cellphone.
This is a great place to let the kids run wild and get the energy bug out. I like that the price for parents is so low, it's a very affordable option. The snacks are about the same as any other place, but you can bring the kids water bottle. Love it here for sure.
**UPDATE WITH MY RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY** Thank you for taking the time to respond. However, I feel your response makes several assumptions about my review that need to be clarified. First, this was not my party. I was a guest attending someone else’s child’s birthday celebration, which is why I chose to sit in the open area rather than in the reserved party space. I was not responsible for the guest count or the reservation. Your team choosing to accommodate the additional guests was appreciated, but that does not change the other concerns I experienced during my visit. Regarding the cake, this was not someone bringing in a full outside meal or food into your facility. It was a small baby cupcake with literally one bite remaining. What made the situation particularly frustrating was that there were other birthday parties sitting at tables immediately next to us with outside birthday food as well. So while I understand that you have a policy, the way it was enforced in this particular situation felt inconsistent and unnecessary. As for the Lost Child Cart, I absolutely understand the challenge of locating parents in a large facility, and I understand that a frightened child may not know their parent’s name. My concern is with the method itself. I worked at a trampoline park for over 7 years that was over 20,000 square feet, so I am very familiar with the challenges of managing a large facility and locating children who become separated from their parents. There are other procedures that can be used to safely reunite a child with their family without transporting a distressed child around the facility in a cart. I understand that you consider this an effective tool, but my concern is that it is not, in my personal experience, the safest approach. And to be clear, the birthday child had a great time—and I'm glad they did. It was their birthday, and that is exactly what I hope for any child celebrating there. That doesn't invalidate my experience as a guest or the concerns I chose to share in my review. One other thing I found disappointing about your response is that my original review specifically acknowledged the staff members who were working hard to keep the facility clean. They deserved that recognition. Instead, your response focused almost entirely on defending the business against the negative portions of my review without acknowledging the positive feedback I intentionally included about your employees. I didn't leave my review to attack your business. I left it because these were the things I experienced and observed during my visit. Your response has certainly provided additional context from the business's perspective, but it hasn't changed my experience or my opinion. My review still stands. **** 7 year old had fun on the playscape for like 20 minutes and then got bored. Older lady told me I couldn’t eat a cupcake at a table even though there wasn’t room in the party room we were in (22+ kids AND their parents is NOT the place I wanted to be 8 months pregnant) and there were other parties eating cake at the tables nearby anyways. Not the smartest idea to parade around lost children in a wagon with a flashing red light. Lost child procedure should DEFINITELY be changed. No other children’s place we’ve been to does this. Thank goodness. Party check in process was also not the best. 2 sides of a desk to check in but one would not help the party side because it was the “walk in” side. This left the party check in side backed up with MULTIPLE parties and party guests waiting to check in. I will say, the table area is clean as heck with the staff working today. No table was dirty for more than a couple of minutes after someone left it because the men cleaning were on top of the messes super fast. Having worked at a trampoline park for over 7 years, I always appreciate when child play places are clean, not sticky and don’t smell. That’s what saved this place from a one star review. Great job guys that were keeping the place clean! Yall were the real MVPs of this place.
