a week agoThe hot tub in the waterpark area was literally lukewarm i was actually cold in there I was mind blown. And the waves in the pool used to be way more powerful, now they barely work. I dont know if some Karen complained about a “hot” tub being too hot and “dangerous waves or what, but they changed it. Also, I wouldn’t stay the night there again. At near midnight kids are running in the halls & stomping, woke up my kids like 8 times and I for sure didn’t sleep. They provide ear plugs but, no sleep for my kids

a week agoThe rides were great and so were the other attractions, but the staff were terrible!! My friends and i came acrossed atleast three rude/harsh staff, and were always on our toes. The rides are fun until the staff chime in and very rudely shut you down whenever they get the chance. If you struggle with social ques, or anxiety DO NOT go here unless you want the staff to shut you down very rudely. I have seen many other reviews stating this aswell, triple play needs to review all of their staff. This is not a “fun family park”. This is a park with rides like all the others, but staff who ruin your stay completely. This is below average, id stay somewhere else.
