Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Urban Air was a fun experience for my kids, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the facility. We arrived shortly after opening and noticed trash left in the climbing area, bathrooms that were not very clean, and visible dirt on the mats. Additionally, the facility could use more attention to maintenance. There was chipped paint throughout, padded areas where the wood underneath could be felt, and missing foam tiles in the climber. With better cleaning and upkeep, this could be a much improved experience.

Waited 25 minutes for the kids to get in to the rock climbing, we didn't want to wait any longer. When there is a line of kids that want a turn they should limit their time to 10 minutes or less.

We booked a birthday party for my daughter with a black Friday deal for 50% off. I was happy to learn the 50% off wasn't a scam. When we got there, they were ready for us from stepping in the door, to getting to our table and things were already set to go. Our host was amazing as well. He helped with our pizza order and timing when it'd arrive. He was notified each time a guest of the party arrived and met them at our table ready to give a wristband and socks to each kid. Both my husband and I were really impressed with the host we had. He was professional and great, and the kids had a great time!
