Great trail for all experience levels! There is a good mix of maintained trail and rocky terrain. To get back to the cave there are quite a few steps and a couple of switchbacks. I didn't spelunk the cave further than maybe 30 ft Bring flashlights if you do!

Highly recommend this trail. Definitely explore the cave at the end. When you go in the cave, if you go towards the right you can stand up and squeeze through areas but if you go towards the left you have to crawl to get back to the waterfall area. Take your headlamp!

What a neat experience! Crawling back into the cave, literally on hands and knees, it was a highlight of our trip!
