a month agoWe had my son’s 9th birthday party at Ryan’s Newport location last night and it was such a great experience, I felt the need to review them! The group working there, specifically two young men named Ian and Ellery, went out of their way to make it a special evening for my son and his friends - they were kind, generous, and professional, and so good with children. I believe it was Ian who led a chorus of “happy birthday” to my son right at the ticket counter - way cooler than having his parents do it ha! Wanted to give them a shout and also let them know that based on that experience, we will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to book a party. We have four kids so lots of birthday experiences and this was up there at the top! Thank you!!!
