a month agoHad a really great experience with a Juan and his local roadside mechanic service recently and wanted to share. It looks like he runs a towing company as well, and you can tell that background makes a huge difference—he knows exactly how to handle stressful roadside situations quickly and safely. We towed our vehicle to him and he worked fast; he was professional the whole time and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. Instead of pushing unnecessary repairs, he focused on what was needed to get us back on the road. Fair pricing, honest work, and just an overall solid guy. a month agoMy wife and I had a great experience with Monkey's Towing. From the moment Monkey Towing was assigned to us till the vehicles were taken to Mechanics. Victor was our Tow Driver. He immediately called us to get specifics on our vehicles to make sure he had the right equipment. Then when he arrived on scene, he was very knowledgeable ad took his time and ensured our safety on the side of the highway. He was able to load the vehicles and he insured that safety measures were in effect at all times. Had the most enjoyable ride with him back. It has been a long time since I have seen someone like him who go to Helen back to make sure you get home safe and have your vehicles taken care of properly. Victor went above and beyond any expectations.We had. Thank you.And I hope people read this review and know that you have a good company to take care of you out there in your worst times.
