I had my car washed at Wild Wash Express today, and unfortunately, once again, the wash itself wasn’t great. Most of the time there are still spots or residue left on my car afterward, but I’ve never complained about it. I usually bring an extra cloth or towel, wet it, and wipe down whatever the wash didn’t get. Sometimes it takes a little extra elbow grease, especially with things like bird droppings, like what was left on my car today. This time I didn’t have an extra towel with me, so I simply asked the attendant if I could have one to wipe down the area. His response was, “NOTHING IS FREE.” He told me he could give me $1 off a $2 towel. I honestly thought he was joking. I wasn’t asking for a discount or trying to get something for free I was asking for a towel because the car wash I had just paid for did not completely clean my car. He again repeated, “NOTHING IS FREE!” What bothered me most wasn’t the $2 towel; it was the attitude and complete lack of customer service. I’ve been coming to the Foothill Blvd. location in Sylmar since it opened and considered myself a loyal customer. Instead of trying to help resolve something so minor, he brought me a complaint form and told me I could fill it out. Seriously, do better with your customer service. Businesses stay in business because customers continue choosing to come back. After being a loyal customer for years, this interaction was disappointing enough that I won’t be returning. IN REPONSE TO BUSINESS OWNER RESPONSE AND SO THE PUBLIC KNOWS HOW LOUSY THIS PLACE IS No one ever offered a complimentary wash, a towel that is not recommended but is sold was $2.00 and wanted to give me $1.00 off that $2.00 price. It’s not about the money it’s the principle. You can sell a towel but you can rip a towel off the ones you use to wipe stuff down? Be for real.

Another update - screwing VIPs out of their Loyalty washes. They claim they discontinued the program two years ago but they were still stamping the cards until recently. Then, with NO NOTICE they won’t honor a completed card. Really SLIMY. Update won't accept a $50 bill for a $40 purchase. "you have to go get change" Are we in the 1980s??? Now $10-25 PER WASH! DRIVE THRU! New in Sylmar but I have been going to the Van Nuys location for a while so this will save me some miles and time. Good wash equipment, lots of options (tire shine is my fav) and a wash card program (buy 10, get one free). Also economical 'wash books' (buy 4, get 2 free) for whatever level of wash you settle on ($6 to $14). Now $7

Nice facilities to get your car clean. Never had any issues. Staff are very nice, facilities are clean and work well. A great quick car wash!
