I’m really disappointed with my experience at this car wash. I paid $49 for an interior and exterior wash on my Honda CR-V, including tire shine, and honestly expected a much better job—especially after tipping on top of the $49. When I got into my car, I immediately noticed that my screen hadn’t even been wiped down, so I had to ask them to clean it. Once I started looking around, I noticed that many other areas were still dusty and clearly hadn’t been properly wiped down either. For $49 plus a tip, I don’t expect perfection, but I absolutely expect to get into a car that looks and feels decently cleaned. Unfortunately, this felt like I paid for a full interior cleaning but received a very rushed job. I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but I feel customers should get what they pay for. I left feeling like the service was not worth the price at all. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and pays closer attention to the quality of the interior cleaning being provided.

I can't recommend this place enough for a full car detailing service. I dropped off my 12 year old E class Mercedes last Friday morning, picked it up Friday afternoon, and it looked brand new! The car was spotless and the interior, which is off white colored was immaculate. They cleaned away 12 years of dirt and grime! I felt like they were very fairly priced for all the obvious time and hard work they put into waxing and deep cleaning all the upholstery and carpets. Run, don't walk to Auto Spa Chicago! BTW, I almost never write reviews for places that I use, which is completely my bad, but felt that they need to be recognized for the amazing work, as well as great customer service! Jose is an absolute pleasure to work with and just a great guy!

I paid $43 for an interior and exterior wash at Auto Spa Chicago, and it was a total disaster. The exterior job was incredibly shoddy—they left dirt all over my 2026 car and left noticeable dirt marks across the body, hood, and grill. They clearly use cheap ineffective materials that do not work. When I called them out on the terrible job, their response was laughable. They actually defended the dirt and damage, claiming that this subpar quality is "just what you get for a wash & vaccum" Let’s be clear: a luxury price tag should mean luxury service, not paying $43 to have your car dirtier than what came in. To add to facts, I drove right after going through an automatic car wash. Instead of fixing their mistake, they had the absolute audacity to try and upsell me on a detailing package. When I refused to give them more money to fix a job they already messed up, they threw a tantrum and barred me from ever coming back. They returned the money, but now I am an hour wasted in my life and sitting with a unclean car. This place is highly unprofessional. The staff apparently only want to wipe down already-clean cars and refuse to actually work for their money. If you care about your vehicle and want to be treated with basic respect, avoid this place at all costs.
