    edited review from five stars a few years ago since the quality has been so awful lately! i live next door and use them out of pure convenience, but i’m gonna drive a little further next time i need my car detailed. overpriced for and underwhelming cleaning. has been this way for the last year!

    I have been coming to this car wash for years, driving nearly an hour each way because I trusted the service. Unfortunately, my recent experience was completely unacceptable. I was informed that under new management they no longer offer a military discount, which is disappointing in itself. However, what is far worse is the lack of professionalism and respect shown by staff. After my visit, I found a handwritten message on my vehicle window that read "es mamona.” This is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I even went back inside and asked staff if anyone by that name was present so they could come see it themselves, but no one took accountability. It is concerning that employees feel comfortable writing on customers’ vehicles, especially messages that can be interpreted as mocking or insulting. This reflects a serious lack of oversight and respect for customers. Between the removal of military discounts and this level of unprofessional behavior, I will not be returning. I hope management addresses this immediately, as this is not how you treat long-time, loyal customers.
