Always fresh and clean! I’ve been parking here regularly, and I’ve had a great experience. Peter is very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He has helped me a lot whenever I needed assistance. Highly recommend!

Added Sept 2026: I lived in the Roe for 4.5 pleasant years. The Roe is a very special boutique apartment building. The public areas are always kept very clean and bright. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests were taken care of very quickly. Peter the previous building manager was always pleasant and helpful, and since the building changed hands in May, Ricardo has likewise been extremely helpful, going above and beyond the call of duty. This is an exceptional boutique apartment building right in midtown. This is a lovely boutique building with excellent management. Peter, the building manager, is very friendly, helpful, efficient and competent when any problems arise. I hope he never leaves!

I had a great experience living here! Peter is genuinely one of the best guys in the building—always friendly, helpful, and makes the place feel like home. I really appreciate the sense of community and how well everything is maintained. Highly recommend.
