I was a tenant at 18 Erskine for three years, from 2020 to 2023, and only moved out due to a job reassignment. I apologize for this overdue review; however, now that I am back in the area, I wanted to take the opportunity to finally share my experience. I recently visited my brother, whom I personally recommended to lease here because of the unparalleled level of service. He has been thoroughly enjoying his stay so far. The property management team at 18 Erskine sets such a high standard that it has been difficult for me to adjust to the service levels of other rental properties that market themselves as “luxury” but fall short in practice. We genuinely hoped to lease at 18 Erskine again; unfortunately, we required a larger unit, and the available two-bedroom options did not fully meet our needs. I will never forget how the team at 18 Erskine supported residents throughout the pandemic. Despite the challenges of that period, the staff consistently demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care, often addressing concerns even outside regular working hours. They ensured both our comfort and safety during an exceptionally difficult time. I would like to extend special thanks to Chloe at the concierge for her patience and solution-oriented approach, to Debbie, the Property Manager, for her professionalism and prompt, fair handling of tenant concerns, and of course to Krystle, whose warmth and friendliness made everyday interactions a pleasure. While the facilities at 18 Erskine are comparable to other developments in the area, what truly sets it apart is the reliability and dedication of the team behind it. I hope the property continues to uphold this standard of service and remains consistent and innovative in the years to come. The building overall is good. Nice amenities and etc. Seems like the management team is doing their job professionally. I dont say there aren't any issues... but overall, ok. One issue is sound of the kids playing in the adjacent school! Seems like windows dint block the noise effectively. Also, requesting maintenance always has been something uncomfortable for us. The person who comes to do most of maintenance, think his name is Alex, makes me feel uncomfortable. He acts and behaves are in a way that we feel uncomfortable. Not that anything too bad or wrong, just he is not welcoming, and dge doesn't show the attitude that he is doing the job willingly, in a friendly manner like the rest of the staff. Now that I mentioned maintenance, cleanliness of the building has always been perfect. I think they put a nice work on this. Neighborhood is of course very nice. If using bicycle, younwill have access to almost everything in a few mins of time. The reception people are good. Abigail the leasing lead is responsive. But overall, rents are high. You can think of this place as a nice, but temporary place until u buy ur own place.

Tiffanie, our agent - our guide - for finding the right apartment in was extraordinary. She was prompt with responses, focused on our needs, and most importantly friendly!! We never felt pressured, and we received timely feedback which allowed us to make an informed decision. Five stars from beginning to end.

So happy I came across this place! When I first attended my viewing hosted by Tiffanie, I already loved the energy from the moment I stepped in and was greeted by Francine at the concierge. During my viewing, Tiffanie was super welcoming, engaging, and answered the questions I had. Her helpfulness continued on during the actual application process - I’m grateful for the support and patience she provided throughout it to make sure it would be successful.
