Red Roof PLUS+ Brooklyn – Flatbush Ave

Room was unkempt and it was very obvious to me that someone had used the room right before my boyfriend and myself came in. Sheets used and bathroom is dirty. Not a good experience. Need to hire more housekeepers to clean the rooms.

Well, this hotel wins the award for worst hotel I have ever been to in the USA... On the plus side, the entrance looks nice-ish and the personnel is okay at best. Entering the room we booked, it smelled Purell like someone tried to sanitized instead of cleaning it and the AC was on 52F. Right away stopped the AC and that's when the odor came in, it wreck of cigarettes and wet dog. The foul odor only gotten worse as the night progress to the point that we left the next day feeling like we have been smoking our all life,... lol. Also, the floor was very dirty and the bedsheets were full of stains. I would avoid unless they make radical progress.

This hotel is new and very good and comfortable for short stay, there is no hair dryer in the bathroom

Room 612 very small very dirty no hot water people live in here so called no smoking policy's but room has burn marks all over stains on table floor sticky and hand prints on everything don't pay extra for snack dirty dirty items that you wouldn't put in a pre k snack bag didn't realize the room was so trash because it was my birthday and I just check in and dropped my things off but when I came back I was all types of disappointment room was filthy and I said ok it only got the night went to take a shower no hot water went down stairs and was meet with someone who seems not to care and very creepy called to get s partial refund or ful they lied and said nothing was wrong with the room sad establishment Don't waste your money if you're a clean person if you the environment around your establishment is not the tru to make the stay for people accommodating never again stain on sheets
