Bare minimum communication, slow to reply if at all. They charged me double just because powder was out of stock. Low attention to detail (they leave marks from the hangers in obvious places and fail to communicate it, they also can’t be bothered to remove the wires they use sometimes). Only takes credit card, refused to set up business accounts and would not even send me their W9!

I don’t find joy in leaving poor reviews for local businesses but if I can save one person from having to endure business dealings with these people, it feels worth the effort. Rude, unprofessional, and totally unwilling to compromise when at fault for their own mistakes. There are tons of other businesses with the same price and better service. Go elsewhere.
