a week agoWe stopped by to try the pre-theater menu here before heading to the Carnegie Hall. My wife ordered the salad and Salmon and I went with the fish soup and whole fish. The fish soup was slightly salty with great flavor. The whole fish was perfectly cooked with the meat tender and juicy and very lightly seasoned which brought out the flavor of the fish. I got to taste my wife’s salmon which was delicious and full of flavor. I would highly recommend both dishes. We both ordered the walnut pie. It’s a little too sweet to my liking as it’s soaked in a light syrup. The service was attentive and the courses were well paced. Overall a great experience. Oh, forgot to mention, the waiter brought fresh herbs and cut them into the olive oil in front of us for the pre dinner bread. It was a nice touch.

a week agoWe were very disappointed with the way the staff handled the cost of the lobster versus the prawns. The staff member indicated that the lobster is very expensive however the prawns spaghetti was reasonably priced. When we were handed the bill we were charged over $200 for the prawn spaghetti which had only 4 prawns. We queried the bill and were assured that this was the correct price!!!! None of our party plan to ever go back to an estiatorio restaurant!!!!!
