3 weeks agoOur car needed new battery terminal clips and a tire repair. We had the work done, and they over torqued the battery connections, which killed my already failing battery. They then told me, when I couldn’t start my car to leave, that it was the starter, so I paid to have them change that, did not help. So in total I paid over $400 to have them fix my car and they made it worse. When I replaced the battery I found the over torqued connections but also that the new terminal clips they installed were even still covered in factory paint and not making connection with the battery at all, they also didnt clean any corrosion, which is super basic when trouble shooting a battery. I don’t recommend this shop, at best they dont know what they’re doing, at worst they’re taking advantage of you.
