a week agoAs always, the ice cream was excellent and the sweet potato pie ice cream really touched my southern roots! Unfortunately, at the Sahara-Las Vegas location, customer service on Veterans day left A LOT to be desired. The managers left 1 employee, Jose, to handle drive-up and walk-up. I asked Jose to give my complaint to his mgrs, and once they came out and I spoke with Julie, she was a bit off-puting, and didn't seem to appreciate my concerns, hence the generous 4 stars!
