a week agoThe food is decent but I order to go and the plate look like a kids meal everything so small and it was a lamb chop plate 39 dollars for some small portion is ridiculous… this they second time doing it

a week agoWent for brunch with family and 10/10 for Double Down Bistro, food, service and drinks were awesome. We tried the lamb chops, french toast, mimosa tower, catfish and grits, everything was delicious.

2 weeks agoWe ate at Double Down Bistro tonight and had a great experience. The food was great--we had the chopped cheese with beef, a burger, fries, and fried green tomatoes. The service from Quita was amazing. She was kind, helpful, and so attentive. People all around us were enjoying a fun vibe. Good music playing. 10 out of 10! We will be back.

2 weeks ago1. It took like 6 minutes just to get a drink order once we were seated. 2. My appetizer and drink did not arrive until the entrées came. At least they brought wife’s drink in a timely manner. 3.I ordered a steak medium rare. It was well done. 4. My wife did not enjoy her quesadilla and I honestly thought she was being over dramatic and then I tried it myself and it definitely was not good. 5. My biggest conflict is that I was genuinely looking forward to eating here and it was over all not a pleasant experience. I wish this restaurant the best of luck with their business and I hope this was just an anomaly, but we will not be back :(
