She made delicious recommendations and was attentive to our large party. Thanks for a lovely evening. We cannot wait to return to Maddie B. and this wonderful restaurant!

I was sleep-deprived, troubled, and emotionally worn down. This bowl of pho felt deeply healing. It wasn’t simple food—it was nuanced, delicate, and comforting in a way that felt almost medicinal for the soul. The portion was generous, and every bite felt nourishing. I remember wanting to cry and sleep afterward because the meal brought such relief after a dark moment. It felt like a kind of quiet heart-and-soul surgery. The staff were warm and gentle despite my somber mood, and the space was roomy and comfortable even during a busy lunch. It was a small island of kindness when I really needed one.

a week agoThanks for leaving the prompt response Please reconsider revisiting the amount of portion size, even increasing 10% of pho noodle portion will make many others happy, at least my colleagues feel the same way regarding current portion size. Regardless, happy with your restaurant thriving and for future ---- As a long time customer (been going to the previous location for many years), the food is top quality. HOWEVER, if you must reduce the portion size due to high cost (it's been reduced little by little every year), please do not reduce the noodle portion (reduce the beef instead if you must). On the other hand, they give generous amount for the rice based dishes, but not the pho. Only thing Large is the size of the bowl for pho Please increase the size portion of the noodle at lease (fine to reduce the beef portions if you must). Do not lose regular customers because of this, as noodle is the cheap part
