in the last weekAs a visitor from out of town, I am always looking for good food. The Valley Cafe is hands down one of the best establishments I have been to. Their food tastes home made and is incredible! The next time I am in Roswell, I will visit here again.

My party each ordered something different but no matter what each item the chef described when he greeted us at the door were exactly as he described and then some from the brisket burnt ends that just melt in your mouth to the patty melt with the exquisitely cooked burger that was everything I wanted and as someone who comes from nebraska and are very harsh on burger quality this was exceptional and brisket sandwich I had was the best I've had in a while as I have visited multiple bbq places in Kansas city and back home in omaha this brisket was hands down everything I wanted in brisket and the onion rings were battered perfectly and cooked perfectly not the one bite and the onion comes out kind the one bite and it is a perfect crunch and flavor everytime. Did not expect to find such a gem on my vacation here as I just knew Roswell NM to be just crazy about aliens well this makes me want to come back for the food now!

a week agoYou HAVE to try the Jalapeno Poppers grilled cheese and the pickle poppers!!! We will definitely be making this place a regular stop when we are in Roswell! The food is delicious, the vibe is cool and relaxed and they have games to pass the time while you wait in your food! Make sure you ask about their Mission and throw a little extra in the tip jar for it!!
