a week agoCame from out of town for a RC event..Two people, one beer two 5 oz wine glasses, $32 for 3 scallops appetizer $80 dry aged ribeye, $60 filet, one brulee, side fries and asparagus. w/ tip $330. That would have been $200 or less a few yrs ago. We are considered statisically very well off but this type of inflation is really a shock. Very nice, but maybe only 1x/year. I hope for RC sake it can continue. Another surprise: We never thought at these price points it would not have a full liquor license.

3 weeks agoI loved this place, took my dessert to go given I was so full! One of the best Lobster rolls had in a while, order it with shrimp on the side (chef's kiss). I got there 30 minutes before closing and staff was still great. Sweet Potatoes are so yummy, I know I know, I love them, I can't help it. Didn't try the steak, but I know they are good when everything else is pleasing to the palate.

4 weeks agoThis is a high end steakhouse. It's really hard to find a better steak anywhere. If you miss the French Onion Soup, no worries, it's common at best, but you aren't there for the soup. The bourbon mashed sweet potatoes are extraordinary. Don't miss that side. And the crabcakes are way better than you'd expect outside a high end seafood place on a coast.
