update: went for dinner Wednesday, still great, still busy, still recommend the beets…with goat cheese. and the Reuben! Love the friendly cozy vibe here. Busy on a Tuesday night. Great service, great food. Get the grilled beets!

I don't give a lot of 5 star reviews, but the food here was good enough to warrant it. Had to wait a solid spell to get a table, but it was well worth it. Got the pork chop sandwich and Farmhouse Shandy (spotted cow and grapefruit juice). I think I'm a Farmhouse Shandy guy now. Their brussel sprouts are also as good as they come.

We ordered a BLT with a Caesar salad as the side and a chicken sandwich. The side Caesar salad came out before the entree for some reason, and was sitting for at least 30 min before our food still hadn't come (almost an hour after ordering). I had to then walk up to a waitress to ask about where our food was then, conveniently, the food came out 2 min later. The toast on the BLT was cold and hard making me think it had just been sitting. The waiter didn't say anything to us or say sorry that it took a long time. Also, the entire time we were there he wasn't checking on us like we were watching him do with every other table he had. It was a terrible experience.
