I highly recommend Cris! She is very kind, professional, and truly cares about her clients. She has been helping me with lymphatic massages after my lipopapada laser procedure, and her care goes beyond a regular massage. experienced some nerve sensitivity after the lipo, and she used different techniques and equipment to help rehabilitate it. She has also been very attentive in treating fibrosis, adjusting her approach and implementing treatments like radio frequency when necessary. She is very organized with appointments, which I really appreciate since other places have canceled on me last minute. I’ve felt very supported throughout my recovery

I highly recommend Cris' services! So far I've been to her twice, once for a facial lymphatic drainage massage and then a full body and face lymphatic drainage massage. Both times I saw a significant difference in bloating after a week. Prior to getting the full body massage I was eating healthy and working out but not losing any weight. I was only able to lose 1 pound. Now after a week after seeing Cris with continuing my diet and exercise I'm down 4 pounds. I felt like my body was clogged and Cris was able to release all of the toxins. Not only did I see results but Cris makes the experience feel so comforting. She's kind, sincere, and genuinely seems like she wants to help you feel better. You can tell she has a lot of experience and is very knowledgeable with the services she performs. She recommended vitamins and removing certain things from my diet that will help me feel my best self, which I've started and have noticed a difference. The absolute best, Cris is such a sweetheart. I suffer from lymphedema and have had over 7+ surgeries in my life. My body constantly fighting inflammation. The help she has given me is above and beyond. I've seen a big improvement in fluid retention even weeks after my initial massage. She's the kindest and truly cares.
