In all fairness I have had other work done at SeatCo. So, I was pretty confident that they could pull of my next task, and I'm extremely pleased with the miracle work they performed on my BMW M3. I had the headliner, sun visors, rear parcel shelf and the A, B, C pillars in my vehicle re-upholstered in Alcantara, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

Got my headliner replaced at Seatco and couldn’t be happier. Matt did an amazing job — super clean work, fast turnaround, and the price was very reasonable compared to other shops I checked. Everyone there was friendly and professional, and the whole process was way easier than I expected. Highly recommend Seatco if you need any upholstery work done. Shoutout to Matt for the fantastic service!

I do not recommend Seatco for mold remedy, but they do a great job with upholstery repair. According to them the mold in my car was 1.5 out of 10, they had the car stripped to nothing for a month (fixing leaks). I picked up my car on Friday, left all the doors and sunroof open for 4 days to air out the smell and did a mold test. The smell is still strong and mold test is positive and now they claim there is no such a things as a zero mold. Based on the smell, I would say there is enough mold to be concern. I dropped of my car at Seatco on Sept.8 for mold removal and also fixing the car seat (which they did an amazing job for a great price). On Sept. 17, after 11 days my car just sitting there, they texted me with the location of leaks and an estimate of $3900. They found two leaks that needed to be fixed by a body shop. On Sept. 22, 5 days later, they were ready to transfer my car to body shop without anything inside of the car (carpets ripped, seats are out), for repair. On the same day, demanding full payment. The car sat at their shop for three days pending full payment (the dealership was going to pay for mold remedy), implying the car was done and only needed the leaks fixed. On Sept 24 when I had the payment sorted out, I decided to ask about the mold just to confirm and it's then Matt told me they have not done mold remedy. I asked him why he wanted full payment and he said because he was worry for me not to take my car back to them after body shop... again, they had inside of my car, the car was practically a bucket on the wheels. I also asked him why for past three days that he has been demanding full payment, hasn't mentioned that the mold remedy was not done, which he had no satisfying answer. I offered him two options in order to move on: 1) I pay for the work they have done and take my car to body shop and return for mold remedy and assembly and pay the rest of the balance, or 2) do mold remedy, assemble the car get full payment. Matt refused both and told me to hire an attorney. This incident wasted a day which I missed work. Finally, my body shop intervened and Matt agreed to release the car to him without a payment. Over a month later, I received my car and it still has mold and the smell... I do believe Seatco did their best but perhaps they weren't honest with themselves and me about their ability to remove mold. I do highly recommend them for upholstery issues, they did a great job with my car seat and the price was reasonable.
