a month agoI recently came out of a parking garage and found damage to my front corner panel of my car that’s due to be returned soon to dealership as car is leased. Since I had no info on who did the damage and knowing that the dealership would charge me a fortune, I decided to try going to a private auto repair shop and pay out of pocket. I reviewed a number of body shop reviews, went to several with my car and was quoted REDICIOUS prices. THEN I FOUND MARK AND HIS SCRATCH AND DENT DOCTOR SHOP ON US 19 in Port Richey. To say that this man is TERRIFIC AND EXTREMELY REASONABLY PRICED IS NOT SAYING ENOUGH. NOT ONLY DID MARK QUOTE ME A TERRIFIC PRICE FOR MY CARS BODY WORK BUT HE ALSO HELPED ME GET A GREAT REDUCED COST FOR A RENTAL CAR WHILE HE WORKED ON MY CAR. HIS WORK IS UNBELIEVABLE. I CHALLENGE ANYONE TO FIND ANY DAMAGE WHERE HE DID THE BODY WORK AND HE MATCHED PERFECTLY THE SHADE OF RED OF MY CAR, HE DOESNT DESERVE 5 STAR RATING. I’D GIVE HIM AND HIS GUYS AN EASY 10 STAR RATING. TRUST ME I KNOW WHAT IM SAYING.IF YOU NEED BODY WORK, MARK AND HIS GUYS AT THE SCRATCH AND DENT DOCTOR SHOP ON US 19 IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO, AND NO I NEVER MET THE MAN BEFORE, THIS IS ALL PURE TRUTH. THANKS MARK. YOUR WORK IS UNBELIEVABLY PHENOMENAL.

a month agoMy grandmother took her car here after the insurance company said her car would be totaled. The owner not only took the stress off of my grandmother that he can get it taken care of and like the car was before. He handled everything with the insurance company. I would not recommend going anywhere else for your car needs, I would give 10 stars if we could! That level of customer service is almost non existing nowadays. Thank you for taking care of my grandmother's peace of mind and doing a beautiful job on the car.

2 months agoI backed my BMW 330i into my garage screen doors not once but twice. Yikes! Mark and his crew were able to take out the dents and scratches and even a few pings that damaged my rear bumper during Hurricane Ian. Great paint job too and reasonable price. Other body shops would have charged double or more. Would highly recommend The Scratch and Dent Doctor.
