3 months agoArrived with a prepaid reservation starting February 19, 2026. But the hotel / property is closed (see photo). No access to hotel or staff. Booked another hotel near by.

3 months agoThis hotel closed down on February 15, 2026. I cannot believe American Airlines would suggest this place as a package deal on AA vacations. The staff were super nice and super apologetic for the condition of the hotel. One said, “ I just needed a job.” A huge section of this hotel was abandoned and closed. Do not book here.

3 months agoAbsolutely disgusting, moldy, smelly, dirty, if it wasn't that it was a short trip and had no plans to be in the room long I would had left the moment I walked in. I slept with the lights on due to the fear of what may come out. I sprayed so much disinfectant it wasn't even fun. I do not see how they charged a "resort fee" to stay in disgust.
