My blow out lasted 6 weeks! That is a record for me. I’m talking nothing but wrapping my hair nightly. My hair stayed straight and I got so many compliments. The shampoo assistant is so thorough and does a really good job with the wash and detangling process. Nobody complains about the density or coarseness of your hair. You are not made to feel ashamed for having 4 C natural hair growing from your crown. They work well together as a team. Clean, calming environment.

How disappointing this place was, I honestly do not recommend it even to my worst enemy, if I had read the opinions of other people I would not have bothered to go, the people who work there do not know how to do their job, they have zero professionalism, they washed my hair as if they were doing it to an animal (my hair is completely straight) then the other person who helped me did not even bother to listen to me on how I wanted my haircut, she did not detangle my hair well and cut it in the worst way even though I told her to wait for her to not cut my hair, so she took the scissors and did it without compassion, it was truly a very horrible experience for me, from the moment I sat down I felt super insecure I would never return to this place and the worst thing was that I spent $ 100 for a poorly done cut and a reluctant blow-dry. 👎👎👎

The lobby was beautiful, the hair washing was great. My only take back would be that I got there at 10:40 AM on a Friday and I sat for over an hour waiting to get dried and styled after being shampooed and conditioned. There were 3 beauticians and only 2 of them were actually working on someone. The 3rd one only did the washing portion. And my particular service I felt like was rushed because another customer before me had to leave and my stylist didn’t want her to leave (?)

I’m really disappointed with this service and demand a refund. I went in for a simple install of a premade wig. If the stylist didn’t know how to do it, she should have just told me. She poured so much glue in the hair and tried to cover it with a section of my hair which even made it worse. When I went to the front, I requested a discount at least to compensate for the hair and they refused. I really tried hard to like the install but unfortunately it was that bad that I had to take it off right away.

Jeny did a fabulous job on my blow out. She was very professional and took her time with me. My hair came out so nice. I found my new hair dresser. Sorry I didn’t capture the back of my hair. Thanks Jenny ❤️
