4 weeks agoBecause consistency had been there in the past and it is a beautiful salon, I was very disappointed with today’s visit. I came in for a pedicure and do not feel it was worth the $70 plus tip. The nail polish application was sloppy, rushed, and uneven, with only one coat applied. I also mentioned twice to the technician that the chair was not working. She said she would inform her boss, but this never happened—even after she could clearly hear me repeatedly trying the buttons. Once the service was finished, I was quickly moved from my chair despite there being an entirely empty row of chairs on the other side. I was excited for some tranquil “me” time but left very disappointed. I will not be returning.
