Highly Recommend Creative Energy! I’ve been a customer of Creative Energy for 15 years now, starting with a hot tub purchase back then that has brought us years of great use and zero complaints. Because of that great experience, I recently went back to them for a new sauna and cold plunge setup, and I am absolutely loving them. Josh helped me out with this latest purchase and made the entire process incredibly smooth. From working out the initial terms to the final delivery and installation, everything was completely seamless. Where do I even begin. I walked into this place excited to start my wellness journey and left questioning every decision I've ever made. The salesperson greeted me 45 minutes late, then spent the entire time talking about his fantasy football team. When I finally asked about the hot tubs, he pointed vaguely at the showroom and said "they're wet and warm, what else do you need to know." The tub they delivered was not the one I ordered. I asked for the deluxe model with hydrotherapy jets. I received what I can only describe as a large angry bucket. The "jets" feel like someone gently breathing on my back from across the room. The water turned a color I've never seen in nature within 48 hours. I called for service and was told to "give it a week and see what happens." I gave it a week. What happened was regret. I have now named the tub "The Betrayal" and I sit in it every evening, not because it's relaxing, but because I refuse to let it win.

Cannot recommend Creative Energy and Scott there more. Straightforward, incredibly helpful, fair in pricing and willing to go beyond what’s necessary to help one get on their feet with a new tub! If you’re considering a salt system tub in the Bay Area I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

He was patient, responsive, and always helpful without being pushy. The installation crew was great, and I appreciate how well creative energy stands behind their products. They are a very professional organization, and I’m glad I went with them.

Had a great experience buying a hot tub in August 2025. Scott Campbell gave us a great sales experience, really knew his stuff, helped us make an informed decision in a low pressure, consultative way. Delivery team threaded a needle to get our tub where it needed to go in our yard, and the electrician they connected me with was very professional as well. The guide for setup and balancing chemicals was surprisingly intuitive.
