in the last weekI had a wonderful stay at the Embassy Suites by the Bay at Christmastime. The hotel is close to SFO and provides an airport shuttle every half hour. The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated for the Holidays. My suite was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely view of the Bay. There is a nice path along the Bay that I enjoyed using during the day. The hotel brunch was delicious and plentiful, and included made-to-order omelettes, fruit, yogurt, pastries, hot and cold cereal, eggs, pancakes. I was also able to attend a Christmas church service that was conveniently held at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, especially when my flight was delayed. They allowed me to stay at the hotel and check out late, for a very reasonable fee, while waiting for my flight.

in the last weekInitial reactions for this location pulling up, theres plenty of parking spots. It's self paid parking, no valet services. Check-ins were not personable at all, no one had a name badge on. Spend two nights, engineer Julio did a terrific job by fixing the shower as it was messed up after first usage. Complimentary happy hour was good but I feel the times are such a short period. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good, the woman chef doing the omelettes did a great job to keep the line moving. Overall this location could use some work in some places but would try this location out again. Also bring your own pillows because the pillows at embassy suites are flat.

a week agoThe rooms are outdated and worn out. The beds are double sized. The service was lacking. I had reserved a room once I could check in on the app and it wasn’t ready 3.5 hours after checkin. They tried to give me an inferior room before checking to see that it wasn’t actually clean.
