a week agoBold, heavy flavors and a super unique (if kinda blinding) vibe 🔦 Easy parking + QR code ordering. The lamb & beef skewers and marinated chicken wings are tasty. But some skewers came out warm, not fresh-off-the-grill. Fried clams were piping hot but a bit too salty, and some are not fresh as they didn't open. Cucumber salad is super simple (garlic + white vinegar) as a nice palate cleanser. They also have noodle & fried rice options.

2 weeks agoThis was my first time visiting San Diego, and I was so disappointed to be lured here by the reviews. The food wasn't authentic at all, and I wasted 60 dollars… My stomach felt really uncomfortable after eating there. I'll definitely warn my friends and family not to go.

2 weeks agoI saw this Xinjiang-style barbecue place on Google Maps with a 4.8 rating and went there with high expectations. I can only say that the taste really doesn't live up to the name "Xinjiang barbecue." The clams weren't cleaned properly, and I ate a mouthful of sand. Xinjiang lamb is famous, but the lamb skewers were incredibly dry and tough, with absolutely no Xinjiang flavor. This Xinjiang barbecue was truly disappointing. I couldn't help but complain.
