a month agoI've used several of our local deer processing locations here in Georgia. Recently I was fortunate enough to hunt in Louisiana and took my harvest to Bellevue. They are BY FAR - I mean LEAPS AND BOUNDS - superior to anyone I have used here in Georgia. Super clean and everyone is so professional and enjoyable to work with. They also have a nice selection of sausages and other items. GREAT place - I wish they were local to me.

12 months agoBellevue Meat processing is 5 stars all the way! We ordered a variety of the options on their list, and everything is spot on. They made the entire process easy and stress free. If you have someone in your family or friend group who 'hate the taste of deer' because their palate is stunted. Help them! Allow Bellevue Meat processing to help you, help them refine their palates!

a year agoThis is a first class operation. Took a big hog to them to make smoked pepper jack sausage. Picked it up and got home to find them made me all smoked green onion sausage. My order had pepper jack written on it. I called and a young lady said the owner would call me back. 20 minutes later the owner call me very apologetic as to the mistake they made , said he would get the pork and remake the order no charge. I thanked him an ask to just get store credit on future orders because I would be back. They make the best smoked sausage I’ve ever had. Again, first class service, product and customer interaction.
