in the last weekI visited this property on Jan 10, 2026 & I had a deeply concerning experience at this property that raises serious questions about their management and safety protocols. During a tour, I was given access to a unit that was supposedly "available." When the staff member programmed the entry for me, I walked into the apartment only to find it was already occupied by a resident. This is a massive security breach and a major oversight. Beyond the complete violation of that resident's privacy, this was a dangerous situation. In a different scenario, I could have been seriously injured if the resident thought I was an intruder breaking into their home. If management is this disorganized with their key systems and unit tracking, I do not feel confident that residents are safe here. I would strongly urge anyone considering this building to think twice about how much they value their privacy and security.

a month agoWe have been living at Blu Harbor for around 2 years. The community was well built with excellent facilities, it is a great and peaceful place! Leasing and maintenance team are lovely, very helpful and professional ! We are so lucky to be part of the Blu Harbor community!
