Matthew and Brenda were both exceptional to work with. They were consistently patient, attentive, and thorough, taking the time to answer our many questions and explain everything clearly without ever making us feel rushed. Their professionalism, approachability, and willingness to help truly stood out, and it made a meaningful difference in how supported and confident we felt throughout our interactions. We genuinely appreciate the level of care shown and wanted to acknowledge the excellent service we received.

**Outstanding experience! Don’t always believe everything you read online.** I want to take a moment to highlight Matthew and Brenda, because our experience with them was truly exceptional. Matthew was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the different units in detail, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and made sure we felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. As clients, that level of care really matters and it showed. I’ll be honest: before coming in, I had read some negative reviews online and almost let that discourage us. But I’m so glad my fiancé and I decided to experience it for ourselves. Matthew completely proved those reviews wrong. Sometimes online reviews don’t tell the full story, and in our case, our experience was nothing but positive. Brenda was also wonderful welcoming, helpful, and just as professional. Together, they made the process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. My advice to anyone reading reviews and feeling unsure: go see it for yourself. Matthew made my experience moving into my first apartment super easy. He definitely goes above and beyond to exceed his tenant’s expectations. He was very responsive and answered all of my questions in a timely manner.

Matt at the Preston goes above and beyond more than any property manager I’ve seen before. He is very friendly, helpful, and goes the extra mile to make sure that all your needs as tenant are met and with the utmost professionalism. Can’t recommend him enough!

Signing a lease here is THE WORST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE!!! I moved out the day after I moved in!! Do not even tour here!!!! It was the worst night ever in my life staying at this place the first night, roaches everywhere!!! I was in a rush finding an apartment so I signed this place without looking at all the comments!!! The next day I told them imma get out no matter what and I cannot live in a place like this. They agreed to only charge me for that one night I stayed and refund me my money and guess what?? It’s been a month and half I still have not received my refund check that they promised to send!!! I have called their office multiple times this past month, and 90% of the times it was that stupid AI getting on the phone and asking me to leave a message and they rarely got back to my calls!!! The agent Andres texted me 2-3 times said he would follow up on my case and even asked for the address to send my check and then guess what? Nothing happened, never received my check! And earlier this week I called and left a message to the AI again and then got a reply message saying Andres is not within the company anymore?!!! I guess I will never get my money back. This place is just a scam, ppl who saw this, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! UPDATE: after couple of months, when I already gave up calling them, I finally received the refund paycheck
