I'm editing my review that I wrote when my daughter was 4 years old. She's 11 now... my only bad experience has been administrative. They charged me an automatic annual fee of $100, and what I didn't like was that they told me that "according to the terms and conditions accepted at the time of enrollment, which state that parents must notify the school when they decide not to continue with the program." I want to clarify that I never agreed to the monthly payments since I didn't send my daughter regularly, and I did pay an annual fee, but I never agreed to the automatic charges. Furthermore, they don't even send a courtesy email to let you know they're going to charge this annual fee. Very poor administrative service; they won't get any more clients this way.

It's hard to say enough about our experience at The Art Shack. Our daughter went looking for guidance for her portfolio and application...and found a whole new identity and approach to her life and studies.
