3 months agoHad my sisters wedding here in 2019 - had an excellent experience: food, venue, and service was amazing. Fast forward to September 2025 and after a management change the quality of events has drastically decreased. We had an anniversary party here and here are some of the highlights: got champagne glasses but no champagne, no water on the dinner tables until requested multiple times - then served in plastic jugs? Bartender was absolutely hammered by 8:30 pm (the event went until 10pm) and then disappeared for the rest of the evening, leading us to make our own drinks even though we paid for bar service. Food quality went downhill - the appetizers were good but the main meals consisted of over cooked short ribs hacked into tiny pieces, bland mashed potatoes and undercooked baby carrots. Such a shame as I loved our 2019 experience but after seeing how management has completely bungled their event planning services, we will NOT be returning and will warn others not to use this venue. The staff we did have (besides the bartender) was amazing - they were set up for failure by management but still did everything they could for us despite multiple callouts and no organization in sight.

3 months agothe bartender was WASTED at 8:30pm, refused to make even basic cocktails, knocked over glasses/bottles, slurred words, then disappeared before the event was even over. Lofty prices for incredibly unprofessional service
