As someone who does not like going to the dentist and has severe anxiety about it, I was very disappointed going into my appointment today, realizing that Dr. Eiffler was not going to be my dentist. I was even more disappointed that there was no notification or communication or letter sent out letting me know that somebody else was going to be taking care of me. I have been through many switchovers with doctors and it would’ve been really nice to have had a notification that it was not gonna be Dr. Eiffler seeing me. Unfortunately, I will no longer be going to this practice and any longer because to be transparency is key in any medical decision I make and they had no transparency
