The team is honest, ethical, detailed oriented, , thoughtful, patient, and highly skilled, and I genuinely recommend them from the bottom of my heart. I first came to this clinic three years ago because of a dental emergency. Due to distance, I didn’t continue my follow-up visits afterward. However, when I needed dental treatment again three years later, Bay Star Dental was the very first place that came to my mind. Coming back after all this time, I was once again reminded of how consistent their care is. The overall experience and level of professionalism were just as reassuring as I remembered, and it was clear that their dedication to patients has never changed. From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed. The front desk staff remembered my name and already knew exactly what I was there for. These small details may seem simple, but they make you feel respected and genuinely cared for, and that kind of warmth really stays with you. Dr. Zhang is incredibly patient and takes the time to clearly explain every step of the treatment process. He listens carefully to your concerns and truly considers things from the patient’s perspective. Rather than pushing aggressive or unnecessary treatments, he focuses on solutions that actually make sense for your situation. His attention to detail, calm approach, and genuine care reflect a high level of professionalism and empathy. I would also like to sincerely thank William, the Office Manager. He is someone who truly wants to help patients understand their options and feel at ease. He listens patiently, explains things clearly, and offers thoughtful, honest advice. His support made the entire experience much less stressful and far more reassuring. If you are looking for a dental clinic where you can receive high-quality treatment, respectful and clear communication, and feel genuinely supported, I truly believe Bay Star Dental is an excellent choice. 2 weeks agoRoxy, dental hygienist, was friendly and very open as to what the cleaning procedure would be. It was a very thorough cleaning that resulted in my confidence in improving my dental hygiene. We discussed electric toothbrushing as an additional improvement in more thorough cleaning, plaque removal and gum protection. I’m researching which system to purchase and will be purchasing very soon. Thank you Roxy.
